ASC COLLECTIVE, based in Wyoming, USA, is an esports and creator talent management company (ASC Talent Management) and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email contact@asctalent.co.
What we collect
Enquiries: when you use the contact form or email us, we receive the details you choose to send: your name, email address, optional company or team, the type of enquiry, the talent you ask about and your message. We only ask for what we need to reply.
Talent information: the talent pages show information about the players, creators and staff we represent, such as their name, photo, team, country, results, public social media links and public audience figures. It is published with their agreement as part of our representation.
Technical data: our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to handle the partnership, representation or press request you sent. We do not sell personal information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not add you to a mailing list.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or other tracking technologies, and it does not load third-party scripts. Fonts and images are served from our own site. Your language choice is kept in the page address (for example ?lang=es), not in a cookie. Because nothing is stored on your device, no cookie banner is needed. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with the service providers that run this website and our email (hosting, email and, if enabled, a form-delivery service), and only so they can provide that service. With your agreement, we may pass an enquiry to the talent it concerns. Some of these providers may process data outside your country; where that happens, we rely on the safeguards they offer, such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow-up, and normally no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we then have an agreement with you that requires us to keep them longer.
Under 18s
This website is not aimed at children. If you are under 18 and interested in representation, please ask a parent or guardian to contact us with you. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 (including children under 13) without a parent's or guardian's consent, and we do not represent anyone under 18 without their parent's or guardian's agreement. If you think a child has sent us their details, contact us and we will delete them.
Your rights and deleting your data
You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Email contact@asctalent.co with the subject "Data request" and tell us what you would like us to do. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we will reply within one month. There is no charge.
Represented talent can ask us to update or remove information on their profile in the same way.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
Emails from us
We only email you to reply to something you sent us. We do not send newsletters or marketing emails. If we ever do, it will only be with your consent, and every email will include an unsubscribe link.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
